Jeff's role involves business development, project management, business systems analysis, training and the implementation of ICT solutions for clients in a broad range of businesses. Jeff delivers training to an advanced level for the Microsoft Office suite of products, programming languages and is also responsible for training our MYOB financial courses.
His primary skills are in assessing the needs of business, researching the appropriate solutions and then managing the change required to deliver the business benefits identified. His career focus has always been on providing practical business solutions.
He has worked in a number of industries, with roles such as IT Consultant, IT Manager, Computer Services Manager, Software Developer, and System Administrator. He has also taken on part time positions as Teacher (Project Management, PHP) at TAFE Qld, Lecturer (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and Project Supervisor for under graduate and post graduate student projects at QUT.
He has Administered Sun Solaris networks (QUT), Pyramid Unix (Qld Small Business Development Corporation) and Ubuntu (Linux) server with Vista and XP clients. His experience has covered ICT operations, service delivery, software development and the management of a diverse set of information systems.
