Expert Witness

Jeff Garner is available to provide an opinion in proceedings that is wholly or substantially based on his specialised knowledge of software development methodologies and practices.

He has extensive formal qualifications backed by 30 years of practical information systems experience.

He has taught Project Management and PHP at TAFE Qld, lectured in Object Oriented Analysis and Design at the Queensland University of Technology and supervised information technology under graduate and post graduate student projects at Queensland University of Technology.

Formal qualifications include

• Master Information Technology from the Queensland University of Technology 1996.
• B. Business (Computing) 1st Class Honours Queensland University of Technology 1994.

Jeff is a current member of the Australian Computer Society and serves on the ACS Tasmania Board. He was the National Marketing Director of the society 2001-2002.

Jeff is also a past Chair of Professions Australia in Queensland.
